Home Visits

If you are housebound or too ill to come to the surgery a home visit may be requested by telephoning 0161 983 9400 before 10.30am where possible to help the doctor plan his/her day. In case of an emergency please tell the receptionist who will inform the doctor.

It is important all patients read the attached document which explains our policy and criteria for home visits.

We respectfully ask that you do not ask a doctor to provide a home visit if you are able to come to the surgery.
