Using Patient Access you can:

  • Book an appointment
  • View your summary care record
  • Complete questionnaires
  • Change your contact details
  • Change your nominated pharmacy
  • Order your repeat prescription

all via the internet from home, work or on the move, and in your own time, day or night.

Online Services Registration Form

Please call into the surgery with your completed registration form and two forms of identification. One form of identification must be photographic such as passport or driving licence. The second form of identification must be non-photographic, such as a utility bill or bank statement.

Please allow 5-10 working days for us to process your registration. We will then send you your user login and password by email.

All information that is sent to the Surgery via EMIS Access is secure. Your personal details are encrypted and protected using the highest standard internet security, so it cannot be intercepted. Only you and the surgery are able to see this information.

Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Stay at home for 7 days if you have either:
– A high temperature – you feel hot to touch on your chest or back
– A new, continuous cough – this means you’ve started coughing repeatedly
Do not go to a GP surgery, pharmacy or hospital.
You do not need to contact 111 to tell them you’re staying at home.
Testing for coronavirus is not needed if you’re staying at home.
